Terms.

Every project is quoted against a written scope. The price does not change unless the scope does, and a scope change is quoted before it is done.

A deposit to start, the balance on delivery, unless the scope sets out stages. Invoices are due in fourteen days.

We would like to show the work. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not.

Sixty days from launch on anything we built. Bugs are fixed at no charge; new requests are quoted.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you are.
